Jarvie Engineering is a leading manufacturer and repairer of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders especially to underground and open-cut coal mining clients, but also to the marine, agricultural, and to general industries.
Our staff work in a dynamic environment of high-end technologies, highly developed safety systems, and certified quality assured procedures.
Some of our employees have accrued over 40 years service. The average period of service for our 125 employees at Jarvie Engineering is 12 years.
As well as an active apprenticeship program, we offer our employees opportunity for ongoing training and development.
Our workforce is employed under a registered Union Collective Agreement and has an incident free industrial record.
In response to our expanding customer base, we recruit the following type staff:
